Refund policy

At AlbionDepot, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we've made returns and refunds as straightforward as possible.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@albiondepot.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the details and provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is completely free on all eligible returns. Contact support@albiondepot.uk to obtain your pre-paid return label or shipping instructions.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
