Orders & Shipping

  • How long does shipping take? Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days, followed by a 2–4 business day transit time. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days total.

  • How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat rate of £7 per order across the UK, shown clearly at checkout.

  • Do you ship outside the UK? Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK, email us at support@albiondepot.uk to check availability and rates.

  • How do I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

  • What's your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

  • How do I start a return? Email us at support@albiondepot.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we will send you instructions and your return label.

  • How much does return shipping cost? Return shipping is completely free on all eligible returns.

  • When will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Is my payment information safe? Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

  • What currency are your prices in? All prices on albiondepot.uk are listed and charged in British Pounds (£ GBP).

Products

  • Are your products in stock when I order? We only list products that are currently in stock. If an item sells out unexpectedly, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

  • Do product colors match what I see on screen? We make every effort to display product colors accurately, though minor variations can occur depending on your screen settings.
